To get the most out of Flemington and make the most of Flemington, we encourage all locals to get involved in our community and support our local schools, traders, amenities and facilities, as well as supporting those in our community who might from time to time need a hand.
For more information on getting involved in any of these activities, contact us or come to one of our monthly meetings.
In recognition of its 150th anniversary in 2010, a dedicated group of locals endeavoured to spruce up the surrounds of Newmarket Station. The Stationeers meet on a regular basis to plant and otherwise maintain the embankment on Pin Oak Crescent, supported by grants from Victrack and donations from Moonee Valley City Council. Click here for more stories and photos about the Stationeers.
