Getting around – Transport

Flemington is well serviced by trains, trams and buses. We also have good cycle and pedestrian paths.  If you work in the city or nearby suburbs consider walking, cycling or using public transport to make your journey.  Below are some links providing information to assist.

Train

Flemington is serviced by the Newmarket Railway Station (Craigieburn line) and Flemington Bridge Railway Station (Upfield line).

Tram

Flemington is serviced by route 57 (West Maribyrnong – City via Racecourse Road) and route 59 (Airport West – City via Mt Alexander Road).

Buses

Flemington is serviced by route 404 (Footscray – Moonee Ponds via Ascot Vale Road).

Nightrider

Flemington is serviced by the late night/early morning Nightrider route 942 (Melbourne – St Albans, Sunbury, Melton via Racecourse Road).
